About Store InspectorCross-border stores · bilingual playbooks
Tell us where your store is, and get a route you can actually finish: the reasoning first, a small tool to check your numbers, then the next move for your own store.
Your learning route
Every route is an ordered set of tutorial series. Small tools appear only where a number needs checking, so the lesson lands on your own figures.

About Store Inspector →Break-even ROAS
How a lesson works
Every lesson opens with the answer, explains it with one case that runs through the series, then asks you to work it out on the page and keep a note.
Platform ROAS only says how much revenue the ads brought. To know whether you made money, work out your break-even ROAS first and compare the real ROAS with it.
A store selling insulated tumblers: $38 average order, 46% gross margin, platform ROAS 2.1.
A platform ROAS of 2.1 looks fine, but after product cost, shipping, payment fees and refunds this round sits just under break-even.
Notes are saved to your account and come back when you reopen the lesson.

FAQ
Start with the “01 Not live yet” route: read the industry introduction in Store Foundations, then follow Shopify Setup until the first test order.
Every lesson gives the conclusion first, explains the reasoning with one case that runs through the series, and asks you to work it out and keep a note, not just where the buttons are.
Getting-started and foundation series are mostly free; advanced series (scaling, CRO, email, advanced SEO and others) need Pro. Every series page shows the access level of each lesson.
The common tools are free. They are companions to the lessons: at the step that needs a number, they put the reasoning onto your own figures.
Yes. A consultation is one hour for ¥800; ongoing work can run as a staged partnership; page speed, custom plugins and SEO/GEO projects can be scoped too. Everything lives on the consulting page.
