Auto-renewal supported
After confirmation, membership renews automatically on the selected monthly or yearly cycle. Users can cancel auto-renewal from Billing and keep access until the current period ends.
Auto-debit under review
Before Alipay auto-debit is approved and enabled, Alipay payments open the current billing period only and do not auto-renew. After approval, the authorization screen will show amount, cycle, cancellation method, and support channel.
Auto-renewing subscriptions can be canceled from Billing. After cancellation, paid access remains available until the current period ends. Ecomwith paid memberships provide immediate access to digital tutorials, cases, tools, and learning materials. The current policy is non-refundable after purchase. Complaints or exceptional reimbursement requests can be sent to [email protected].
For auto-renewing subscriptions, Ecomwith sends an email reminder 3 days before the scheduled charge. The reminder includes the scheduled charge date, amount, and Billing management link.
