Paid digital memberships are generally non-refundable
Ecomwith paid memberships provide immediate access to digital tutorials, cases, tools, resources, and member content. Unless required by applicable law, or unless we confirm duplicate charges, incorrect charges, technical activation failure, or a similar exception, activated memberships are generally non-refundable.
Billing disputes are reviewed manually
If a user believes there was a duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, incorrect amount, membership activation failure, or another billing issue, Ecomwith support will review the order record, payment record, access status, and applicable requirements.
